1. Call for a free consultation to find out more about debt settlement and determine if this program is right for you. If you decide that this is the program that you are looking for, and you are accepted onto the negotiation program, you will need to complete some basic forms.

2. In order to stop collection calls, we immediately contact your creditors and let them know that they need to redirect all further communications to our office . All accounts for those cards in the settlement are closed and you are requested to avoid using credit while on the program (some exceptions might apply) .

3. If you receive any calls, you should just follow our simple phone script and fax us your records about these calls . You should keep records on the calls you receive and any violations by the creditors and pass that information on to us. We then get back to these creditors and reconfirm that they should not be communicating with you.

4. We will work with you to determine the monthly dollar amount to be set aside for settlements that we negotiate . These funds need to be saved every month as preparation for your settlement and not touched for any reason other than the debt settlement. You do not send these funds to us.
